ONLINE DNA TESTING
For ones who do not wish to come to CGAT office in person for tests. Easy and convenient testing procedures with 4 simple following steps
1. Completing DNA Testing Application Form
Applicants to fill in all compulsory information required in the DNA Testing Application Form. It is considered NOT VALID if any single information is skipped.
Personal information is kept highly confidential. Thus, the test result is to be disclosed only to applicant. Test result is not meant to be disclosed through telephone communication unless the pass code declared is identical to the one registered at the time of filling in the application form.

2. Acquiring DNA sample
Samples can easily be acquired at home by following our sampling instructions below. There are wide varieties of sample that can be acquired, such as Blood, Hair follicle, fingernails, swab... For amniotic fluid and umbilical cord, prior consultation is advised via Tel communication: 0907 737 678 and 024 3728 2496. (Samples can be varied from one to another. Eg. Father take hair follicle, while son can take nails).

4. Making payment
Samples will be promptly checked upon arrival at CGAT. Payment should only be transferred when you are informed by CGAT that the samples have arrived and been in good condition.
Testing fee varies depending on testing purpose, types of sample and time consumed. Payment to be made by transferring to one of the bank accounts stated bellow.

3. Mailing Sample & Application form
Sealed and labeled samples are enclosed with filled DNA Testing Application form in a big envelop and addressed to Application form. Samples will be promptly checked upon arrival at CGAT. Payment should only be transferred when you are informed by CGAT that the samples have arrived and been in good condition
